I am bipolar and on happy pills as my hubby likes to call them they help balance out my moods so I don't have extreme mood swings... sooo... I don't go from being happy to crying in a nano second...

This is something I have been living with since I was 19 so a little over ten years now it has taken lots of thearpy and changes in medication but I finally found a balance. I just wish people who do stupid things would quit being labeled bipolar. Can it be that they are just crazy!!!! People do your research there are a lot of books out there on the subject. Just please don't jump to conclusions about people.

Mood Swings

As a kid I had a swing set in my back yard that I use to go out and swing on all the time... No matter what time of year it was my little escape... Whether I was happy or sad I went out and would swing for hours at a time...Then I saw this cartoon in the newspaper I now keep it at my desk at work and think back to those days when anything was possible.

Never stop Dreaming for you never know where they may lead you.

China Cabinet

We just purchased this china cabinet from one of the residents moving out of the apartment complex we live in. The picture is from the Kincaid furniture website. I now have a place to display some of my many collections in. I will post more pictures once I have the cabinet filled.

Bird Watching

Here are Stanley and Ollie ,

Ollie is on the right and Stanley is on the left.

They are bird watching from the window the bush next to the window has all sorts of nest this is one of there favorite pastimes. They however duck when the birds fly to close to them. Enjoy :)

Let the Fun Begin...

Hello Everybodee...

This is my first post you wouldn't think that this should take sooo long to come up with... well let me tell you... I don't know why but this may be one of the hardest things I've ever written.

I would like to start by saying thank you to Heather a friend over at Hopscotch and Hydrangeas. Who has been encouraging and helpful with this blog. Through talking with her and reading her blog this blog would not have been started. She has helped me with set up and has answered many questions.

Why blog I decided to blog for an outlet, and a fun way to meet new people. It's also a way to share funny stories and pictures with friends and family. I can also get help with decorating which for me has been a looong and slooow process for me.

A little about me ... I got lucky and married not only my soul mate but also my best friend Gene. He loves to go to flea markets and garage sales with me. I love taking photographs of family, friends and my cats. These are my babies Stanley and Ollie . They were adopted shortly after I met my husband and we have now had them for 8 years. I also like to cook though I usually make so much that we have leftovers for at least a week. I learned that from my Grams, who also made more than enough to feed the whole family and send leftovers home.

My blog name that in itself was another long process for me ... To say the least I think things over. Then I think some more I pick the idea apart analyze it then finally reach a decision. Sometimes it was the original idea some times not. I came up with a different ideas but could not find the one. Then I took a friends advice and thought about what I wanted my blog name to say. That started me thinking . So I picked names and things from all parts of my life . Here is how all the parts of my blog name came together.

The Gypsies come into the picture from when I was little one of my favorite skirts to dress up in as a little girl has gypsies/dancers on it. It is a turquoise body with the gypsies/dancers at the bottom in yellow, red,white, peach, and black from what I remember and I loved it!!! It always made me feel special I hated to share it and would give up just about anything I was playing dress up in so nobody else would wear it. I think my mom still has it as a potential Halloween costume. I also dressed up a Gypsy one Halloween wearing it. Then as I got older I became fascinated with fortune telling of all types, and often wished that I had a gypsy in my family history. Fortune telling I have always related to Gypsies and carnivals they have always had the long dark curly hair wore flowing skirts and peasant blouses and scarves in their hair. Small discreet tattoos and lots of earrings mostly hoops.
